Hi Eileen ~ if it is a language or hieroglyphic - it's a living one because they are in constant motion, constantly shifting & evolving.  Whatever they are :), they are intelligent and fascinating ;)  I've seen videos re: them on youtube as well, facebook also is beginning to show some of the same or similar

We're seeing this dancing star in Ireland as well. Wondered if this was a language or hieroglyphic..
